At The Barkdrop, we believe pets are family. This space was inspired by life with our two dogs, Bo and Piper, who have a special talent for turning everyday moments into adventures.

I’m Taylor, the voice behind the blog and a proud pet mom. Our family includes my husband, our kids, Everson and Ellie, and our pups, Bo and Piper. We spend summers camping across Michigan, swimming, and biking, and we love finding simple ways to include our dogs in every season.

Woof, hi! We’re Bo & Piper.

We’re two best friends (and professional treat testers) who get to live our happiest lives with our family. When Mom (that’s Taylor) started this blog, she wanted to make a space where pets like us could feel included in everything, from cozy fall nights and holiday fun to family camping trips and summer adventures.

We help by wagging, posing for way too many photos, and “testing” every new toy, bed, and snack that comes through the door. Mom helps by writing down the things we’ve learned together, finding the best products, and sharing easy tips for other families with pets they adore.
